PURPOSE: A plant factory structure is provided to prevent water contamination due to fish feces by discarding the fish feces to a space where plants are cultivated and to save maintenance costs for the plant factory structure by using the fish feces as nutrients for plants. CONSTITUTION: A first space(111) contains water for breeding fish within the internal space of a plant factory structure by using multiple partition members. Plants are cultivated in a second space(112). A third space(113) contains the water supplied from the first space. A water supply part(120) supplies the water contained in the first space to the third space. A filtering element filters suspended materials which are included in the water. An air supply tube(140) makes the water contained in the third space and outside air flow into the second space. A plant mounting portion(150) is equipped with a drain pipe(151) which is installed in a water tub housing, and multiple ports(152), which are connected to the drain pipe where plants are planted. A support can(153) is installed to be connected to the drain pipe and is formed with multiple first openings on the outer periphery thereof. A port element where plants are planted is detachably installed in the support can. A pump(121) is installed in the first space. A first water supply tube is connected to one side of the pump and supplies the water contained in the first space to the pump. A second water supply(123) is connected to the other side of the pump and supplies the pumped water to the third place.
