PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic which gives freshness after application without stickiness after application, without stickiness with time after application and further has an excellent effect and its sustainability of changing a skin color within the range of compatibility right after the application.SOLUTION: A skin cosmetic includes: (A) 0.5 mass%-10 mass% of annular silicone (B) 0.5 mass%-15 mass% of cetyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol (C) 0.5 mass%-5 mass% of stearic acid and potassium stearate and (D) 0.5 mass%-5 mass% of at least either one of mica coated with titanium oxide and mica coated with titanium oxide containing tin oxide.
