PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oily cosmetic which sufficiently exhibits an excellent ultraviolet shielding effect of titanium oxide.SOLUTION: The solid oily cosmetic includes (A) trimethylsiloxy silicic acid and (B) organic titanate-coated titanium oxide.
