The invention relates to compositions and methods for detecting alcohol intake in subjects. In particular, the invention relates to novel compounds which provide the in vivo release of active substances, said release being conditioned by the presence and/or concentration of alcohol in a subject. The aforementioned compounds comprise an alcohol-denaturing substance which is coated in a membrane that is not soluble in water but is soluble in alcohol. The invention also relates to the preparation of said compounds, compositions containing same, such as those intended for oral or nasal application, and to the uses thereof in subjects, essentially humans, to detect and/or control alcohol intake.La présente demande concerne des compositions et méthodes permettant de percevoir la prise dalcool chez des sujets. Elle concerne notamment de nouveaux composés assurant une libération in vivo de substances actives, cette libération étant conditionnée par la présence et/ou la teneur en alcool chez un sujet, les composés comprenant une substance dénaturant lalcool enrobée dans une membrane non-hydrosoluble mais soluble dans lalcool. Linvention concerne également la préparation de ces composés, des compositions les contenant, notamment destinées à une application buccale ou nasale, et leurs utilisations chez des sujets, essentiellement humains, pour percevoir et/ou contrôler la prise dalcool.
