PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the disintegratability of a pharmaceutical composition containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof and tipepidine or a salt thereof and improve the elution of tipepidine, in order to prevent deterioration in the elution of tipepidine caused when a common disintegrator is compounded in a pharmaceutical preparation which contains loxoprofen and tipepidine.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains loxoprofen or a salt thereof, tipepidine or a salt thereof, and L-carbocysteine.
