PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote-controlled actuator surely changing by remote control operation the attitude of a tool mounted to the distal end of an elongated pipe section.SOLUTION: This remote-controlled actuator includes: an elongated-shaped spindle guide section 3, a distal end member 2 mounted to its distal end such that its attitude is changeable a tool 1 rotatably mounted to the distal end member 2 a driving source for tool rotation, rotating the tool 1 and a driving source for attitude change, operating the attitude of the distal end member 2. The distal end member 2 rotatably supports a spindle 13 for holding the tool 1. The spindle guide section 3 has, in its inside, a rotating shaft 22 for the spindle 13, and an attitude operating member 31 inserted into a guide hole 30a so as to freely move forward and backward and changing the attitude of the distal end member 2.
