Disclosed is a method to manufacture salt containing sericite. The method includes: a step (a) of mixing smashed mica with bay salt, of which bittern is removed, at a ratio of 99 : 1 a step (b) of putting the mixture of the step (a) into a ceramic pot a step (c) of placing the ceramic pot, filled with the mixture of the step (c), in a kiln, and then, mixing smashed sericite with red clay at a ratio of 3-4 : 6-7 and kneading the mixture with water, and then, closing an inlet of the kiln with the kneaded material after making a mixture a step (d) of roasting the mixture at 850-1000°C for 2-4 hours by kindling a fire into a fire intake of the kiln when the inlet of the kiln is closed through the step (c) and a step (e) of smashing roasted salt taken from the ceramic pot after cooling the salt when the roasting is completed.
