The invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to the technology for isolating the left atrial appendage (LAA) from the left atrium tor the prevention of cardiogenic thromboembolisms at atrial fibrillation (A.F) during endovideosurgical manipulations. This invention is aimed to ensure a smooth and shockless effect of changeover of the first and second jaws from the diverged position to the clamped position with the control option of the impact force upon closing, as well as to mitigate the impact of the clamped position over time.
