PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of more effectively avoiding contact between excreted body fluid and the skin of a wearer.SOLUTION: An absorbent article is constituted of two modules of a body contact part and a body non-contact part. The absorbent article is such that: the body contact part has a canal member having a pair of right and left head parts, and a canal sheet forming a bottom in the central vicinity and forming side surfaces at both right and left sides, and a fixation member the body non-contact part has a leakage prevention body and an absorber a passage for transferring body fluid from the upper side of the canal sheet to the surface of the absorber at least in a crotch part, part of the lower side of the bottom of the canal sheet, and part of the surface of the absorber or part of the upper surface of the leakage prevention body are connected in a bottom surface connection part and at least in the crotch part, part of the outside of the side surfaces of both right and left sides of the canal sheet, and the right and left side edge parts of the leakage prevention body are connected in a side edge connection part.
