PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having compressed grooves, and capable of sufficiently scattering discharged body fluid to both longitudinal ends of the absorbent article.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorber arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet, and has a front part, a crotch part, and a back part. The absorbent article has compressed grooves which pass the crotch part from the front part and reaches the back part, on both ends on a width direction center line.
