PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in flexibility, compressive permanent set and oxygen gas/vapor barrier properties, and suitable from the viewpoint of hygiene.SOLUTION: There is provided a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing 30 to 300 pts.wt. of a component (B) and 5 to 50 pts.wt. of a component (C) with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a component (A). The component (A): a thermoplastic elastomer which is a block copolymer having at least two polymer blocks P derived from a vinyl aromatic compound and at least one polymer block Q derived from conjugated diene and/or isobutylene, and contains at least the following component (A1).
