PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device which does not cause whitening of a casing and a firmly fixed state of the casing and a gasket when being exposed to heated conditions for a sterilization treatment or the like.SOLUTION: A medical device comprises a casing of a cyclic polyolefin based resin and a gasket of a thermoplastic elastomer composition. The thermoplastic elastomer composition includes (A), (B), and (C) in such a manner that the content of (A) with respect to the total amount of (A) and (B) is 25 to 97 wt.%, and that 1 to 45 pts.wt of (C) is contained based on total 100 pts.wt of the (A) and (B).
