Here, a coolant is circulated inside the fish attracting lamp bracket which is hollow. As described above, according to the present invention, the coolant is circulated inside a hollow type irrigation pipe and the LED fish attracting lamp is closely attached to an external surface of the irrigation pipe, so that the high-temperature heat generated from the LED fish attracting lamp can be efficiently released through the irrigation pipe in a short time.
