The present invention relates to a hydraulic cylinder for steering wheels of a disinfectant sprinkler which is installed on the wheels of the disinfectant sprinkler to change a direction of wheels by contraction and elongation. The hydraulic cylinder (100) for steering the wheels of the disinfectant sprinkler comprises a cylindrical cylinder (10) and a piston (20) ascending and descending inside the cylinder. The piston (20) inside the cylinder (10) is selectively ascended or descended by fluid which passes through a fluid pipe and a hydraulic valve, and is selectively inputted to an upper inlet valve (60) or a lower inlet valve (70) by connecting the upper inlet valve (60) to an upper side part of the cylinder (10) and forming the lower inlet valve (70) on a lower side part of the cylinder (10). The present invention does not require a separate screw unit inside a piston hole, so that the length of piston can be short. The strength of a rod increases by integrally manufacturing the rod. The vibration of the piston engaged to the rod is reduced.
