PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe array with probes highly densely mounted therein.SOLUTION: Provided is a probe array, including: a bowl-shaped support part having a plurality of holes and tubular probes having transducers configured to be convertible between acoustic waves and electric signals and mounted into the holes respectively. A rotation-symmetrical axis of the bowl-shaped support part and a perpendicular line to the rotation-symmetrical axis from a point where a curved surface including the inside face of the bowl-shaped support part crosses the center axis of the tubular probes have a plurality of intersection points.
