PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile X-ray apparatus capable of preventing its falling down in a direction that the falling down is highly likely to occur.SOLUTION: A support part 3 for supporting an X-ray tube 7a includes a movable part for changing the position of the X-ray tube with respect to a truck 11 of a mobile X-ray apparatus 1, and a detection part for detecting a change in the position of the support part or the X-ray tube 7a with respect to the truck 11. At least one of wheels equipped to the truck 11 is a travelling wheel 8 whose rotating shaft is eccentric with respect to a mounting axis for the truck.
