PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent antiinflammatory composition prepared by effectively utilizing Vitis coignetiae, and to provide a medicine, a food and a cosmetic for preventing/ameliorating inflammation.
SOLUTION: The antiinflammatory composition comprises juice of the Vitis coignetiae, a fermented product of the Vitis coignetiae juice, an extract of the fruit of the Vitis coignetiae with highly polar organic solvent, or an insoluble matter of the fruit of the Vitis coignetiae in hexane.
