PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing generation of step noise in a radiation image while increasing the frame rate, and to provide the driving method and program thereof.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device includes a sensor unit 106 including a plurality of sensors s, and a vertical scanning circuit 303 for driving the plurality of sensors s, where each sensor s has a detection element for detecting radiation, a sampling section for sampling the signal from the detection element, and a reset section for initializing the detection element.
