A product consisting of a yogurt of the compact type, which comprises a whole fruit preparation, and a milk base, characterized by the fact that i), the whole fruit preparation, consists of particles which have an average size of particle of 300 micrometers, in diameter, or smaller, (ii) the preparation of whole fruit, comprises edible, whole materials, of whole fruit, and is such that, the visual aspect of the final product, consisting of a yogurt, is the of a homogeneous mixture, between the fruit and the dairy part, through the total volume of said product, and iii), the product does not contain pieces of fruit, which have a diameter greater than 500 micrometers.Un producto consistente en un yogurt del tipo compacto, el cual comprende una preparación de fruta entera, y una base de leche, caracterizado por el hecho de que i), la preparación de fruta entera, consiste en partículas las cuales tienen un tamaño medio de partícula de 300 micrómetros, en diámetro, o más pequeño, (ii) la preparación de fruta entera, comprende materias comestibles, enteras, de fruta entera, y es tal que, el aspecto visual del producto final, consistente en un yogurt, es el de una mezcla homogénea, entre la fruta y la parte láctea, a través del volumen total del citado producto, y iii), el producto, no contiene pedazos de frutas, la cuales tengan un diámetro superior a 500 micrómetros.
