PURPOSE: An oyster separating device is provided to prevent damage to raw oysters, increase freshness and marketability and facilitate oyster peeling work. CONSTITUTION: An oyster separating device (100) comprises the following: a screen tube (1) which is rotated by a driving device; a cleaning tube (2) which traverses the inside of the screen tube and sprays washing water; a motor (3) which is fixed on the outer surface of the screen tube; a motor shaft (4) installed across the inner space of the screen tube; a separating edge (5) which is installed on the motor shaft; and an axis part (6) supporting the end of the motor shaft. The separating edge is formed with at least one curved wing and installed to be adjacent to the axis part. The separating edge includes a longline guide in which both end parts are slantly fixed to the specified spot of the axis pipe of the separating edge and the specified spot of the upper side of a fixed part.
