The invention refers to a process for preparing a powder comprising one or more human coagulation factor proteins and a lactic acid polymer, comprising the steps of a) mixing and dispersing a lactic acid polymer with a particle size d50 in the range 0.1 –2 µm and the one or more human coagulation factor proteins in water, b) drying the dispersion, c) compressing the dried mass from the dispersion, d) comminuting the compressed dried mass from the dispersion to a powder with a particle size d50 in the range of more than 0.5and up to 5 µm.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une poudre comprenant une ou plusieurs protéines d'un facteur de coagulation humain et un polymère d'acide lactique, comprenant les étapes consistant a) à mélanger et à disperser un polymère d'acide lactique présentant une taille de particule d50 située dans la plage allant de 0,1 à 2 µm et la ou les protéines d'un facteur de coagulation humain dans de l'eau, b) à sécher la dispersion, c) à comprimer la masse séchée obtenue à partir de la dispersion, d) à broyer la masse séchée comprimée obtenue à partir de la dispersion jusqu'à obtenir une poudre présentant une taille de particule d50 située dans la plage allant de plus de 0,5 et jusqu'à 5 µm.
