PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cartridge pipe difficult to bite into a trocar and difficult to be damaged in an endoscopic surgical article cartridge, and to facilitate production.SOLUTION: An endoscopic surgical article cartridge has: surgical articles 6, 7 inserted into a body cavity of a patient through a trocar cartridge pipes 2, 3 and entry stop reinforcement pipes 4, 5. The cartridge pipes and entry stop reinforcement pipes each having one enlarged end part have uniform diameter parts and enlarged end parts. The entry stop reinforcement pipes are fitted on the outer circumference of the uniform diameter part 2 of the cartridge pipe, the uniform diameter part 4 is disposed on the enlarged end part 3 side of the cartridge pipe, the enlarged end part 5 is disposed on the opposite side, an outer end side portion of the uniform diameter part of the cartridge pipe is covered with the uniform diameter part, and protrusion into an inner end side portion of the uniform diameter part of the cartridge pipe from the enlarged end part is performed. In the entry stop reinforcement pipe of an entry stop reinforcement pipe-equipped cartridge pipe, when inserting the inner end side portion of the uniform diameter part into the trocar, the enlarged end part abuts on the outer end of the trocar, so that the uniform diameter part abuts on the enlarged end part of the cartridge pipe to stop entry of the cartridge pipe.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 内視鏡下手術用品カートリッジにおいてカートリッジ管がトロカールに食い込み難く破損し難くする。製作を簡単にする。【解決手段】 トロカールを通して患者の体腔に入れる手術用品6、7、カートリッジ管2、3と進入止め補強管4、5からなる。カートリッジ管と進入止め補強管は、一端部を拡大した管にし、均等径部と拡大端部を有する。進入止め補強管は、カートリッジ管の均等径部2の外周に嵌め込み、均等径部4をカートリッジ管の拡大端部3側に、拡大端部5を反対側に配置し、均等径部でカートリッジ管の均等径部の外端側部分を被覆し、拡大端部からカートリッジ管の均等径部の内端側部分を突出する。進入止め補強管付きカートリッジ管は、均等径部の内端側部分をロカールに差し込むと、進入止め補強管は、拡大端部がトロカールの外端に当って均等径部がカートリッジ管の拡大端部に当り、カートリッジ管の進入を止める。【選択図】 図1
