The imaging unit including: an objective tube； and an optical element accommodated in the objective tube, wherein one or more of: the optical element is clamped gap-free in the objective tube； the optical element is accommodated in a mount in the optical tube and the mount is clamped gap-free in the objective tube； and the optical element is accommodated in a centered mount.
