A naringin pharmaceutical composition for relieving cough, eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma and a preparation thereof. The pharmaceutical composition is characterized in that the pharmaceutical composition contains 27.5-275 mg of naringin and 30-300 mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride. Preferably, the mass ratio of the naringin to the fexofenadine hydrochloride in the composition is 1:1, preferably, the naringin of 40 mg per unit and the fexofenadine hydrochloride of 40 mg per unit. The pharmaceutical composition can be used to treat the cough and the phlegm caused by various reasons as well as the cough variant asthma the efficacy generated by the pharmaceutical composition is superior to that generated when the naringin or the fexofenadine hydrochloride is used alone. The pharmaceutical composition can be added with conventional excipients and can be prepared into a drug for relieving cough, eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma by using any conventional method.Linvention concerne une composition pharmaceutique de naringine pour atténuer la toux, éliminer le mucus, soulager lasthme et une préparation de celle-ci. La composition pharmaceutique se caractérise en ce quelle contient 27,5 à 275 mg de naringine et 30 à 300 mg de chlorhydrate de fexofénadine. De préférence, le rapport massique de la naringine au chlorhydrate de fexofénadine dans la composition est égal à 1/1, de préférence, la naringine est en quantité de 40 mg par unité et le chlorhydrate de fexofénadine est en quantité de 40 mg par unité. La composition pharmaceutique peut être utilisée pour traiter la toux et le mucus dorigines diverses, ainsi que lasthme de type toux lefficacité de la composition pharmaceutique est supérieure à celle obtenue lorsque la naringine ou le chlorhydrate de fexofénadine est utilisé seul.
