Provided is an aqueous composition comprising (a) 0.5% to 5% one or more dissolved cellulose derivative, by weight based on the weight of the solution, and (b) 1% to 10% one or more dissolved polyvinyl caprolactam-polyvinyl acetate-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer, by weight based on the weight of the solution wherein said aqueous solution has complex viscosity of 20 mPa*s or less at 25C.
