PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water tank that realizes efficient water replacing work with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A water tank 1 or 10 comprises: a breeding container 2 or 20 that is filled with water and in which aquatic organisms are bred and a water receiving container 3 or 30 that is formed separately from the breeding container 2 or 20 and is arranged adjacent to the breeding container 2 or 20.
