PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable highly accurate extraction of the peak of acceleration data even for the acceleration data that makes it difficult to extract the peak by only using a smoothing process of waveform or a process utilizing a threshold.
SOLUTION: After a 3-axis acceleration data received from an acceleration sensor AS is normalized and smoothed, an adjustment is made so that the positive direction and the negative direction of a waveform is the same among respective axis data of the smoothed acceleration data. Then, a peak position candidate extraction part 24 extracts, as a peak position candidate, only the combination of peak positions where the peak positions in all 3 axes are extracted at proximate positions from a 3-axis smoothed acceleration data to which the aforementioned axis-direction adjustment has been applied. Based on the information of the extracted peak position candidate, a peak position detection part 25 detects an acceleration value that is the largest among values existing in the corresponding position in the raw acceleration data as a peak value.
