PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring pressure adjusting mechanism for a link spring device which adjusts pressing force of the spring pressure adjusting mechanism to eliminate attenuation of the link spring device and an exercise assisting chair equipped with the same.SOLUTION: The spring pressure adjusting mechanism 50 eliminates the attenuation of the link spring device 20 having a link mechanism 20 configured by combining a plurality of link members 201-203 crossed in an X-shape. A lower end of a link plate 215b of one side of a pair of the link members constituting a link unit 201 disposed on a lowermost part is fixed on a base plate 16, and a lower end of the link plate 125a of the other side is disposed in a manner to move on a track 55. One or a plurality of elastic members 60 are disposed between a pair of the tracks 55.
