The present invention relates to a method for removing porous and organic material and extracting spicules from natural bio-sponge which is obtained from sponge, by using a solution of sodium hydroxide and L-ascorbic acid. According to the method for purifying and extracting spicules from natural bio-sponge obtained from sponges of the present invention, it is possible to extract spicules which secure porosity for enhancing a transfer rate of an efficacy material and in which impurities are removed to minimize side effects, compared to the prior art.본 발명은 수산화나트륨과 L-아스코르빈산 용액을 사용하여 해면에서 얻은 천연 바이오 스폰지로부터 다공성 및 유기물을 제거하고 미세침을 추출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 해면에서 얻은 천연 바이오 스폰지로부터 미세침을 정제 및 추출하는 방법에 의하면, 종래 기술에 비해 효능 물질 전달률을 높이기 위한 다공성을 확보하고, 부작용을 최소화하기 위한 불순물이 제거된 미세침을 추출할 수 있다.
