PURPOSE: Honey containing lactic acid bacteria, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer viable lactobacillus inside the honey to consumers.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of honey containing lactic acid bacteria comprises the following steps: sterilizing honey at 75 deg C, and cooling the honey at 49 deg C mixing and stirring the cooled honey with the lactic acid bacteria for 2 hours concentrating the mixture to reduce the water content to 20% and filtering the honey using a 100mesh filtering net, and packaging the honey in a jar.COPYRIGHT KIPO 20121. 벌꿀을 75℃에서 살균처리한다2. 살균처리된 벌꿀을 49℃로 냉각처리한다.3. 냉각된 벌꿀과 유산균을 2시간 작업량 많큼 혼합 고반한다.4. 혼합된 제품을 수분 20%로 농축한다.5. 수분이 제거된 벌꿀을 100mesh의 여과망을 통과하여 이물질을 제거한 뒤 소량단위로 병입 포장한다.
