PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jaw joint stethoscope for a medical examination, in which a pair of right and left sound reception devices are attached to a spring type grasper so as to face each other in order to attain one-operation mounting and the rapid and simultaneous auscultation of jaw joint sound on both sides in a school dental examination, etc.SOLUTION: A pair of right and left sound reception devices of a stethoscope are attached to a spring type nip grasper so as to face each other. Each of attachment parts of the sound received devices has an elastic tube structure whose angle is automatically adjusted and that has a function of fitting to a face surface and a function of transmitting reception sound. The elastic tubes are connected to L shape hard hollow pipes and the L shape hard hollow pipes are connected to tubes of auscultation sound transmission parts. The L shape hard hollow pipes and partial portions of the tubes of the auscultation sound transmission parts having a function of received sound transmission penetrate the hard hollow pipes of the spring type grasper. Spring type graspers are also attached to auditory tube parts to be mounted on an examiner. Both parts are mounted by one hand with one operation, so that jaw joint sound on both sides is simultaneously auscultated in as short a period of time as possible.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 学校歯科検診などにおいて、ワンタッチで装着し、素早く両側の顎関節音を同時に聴診するために、受音具を左右一対にして対合するようにバネ式把持器に取り付けた検診用顎関節聴診器を提供する。【解決手段】 聴診器の受音具を左右一対にして対合するようにバネ式挟把持器に取り付ける。受音具の取り付け部は、角度が自動的に調整されて顔面部にフィットする役目と受音を伝達する役目をする弾性チューブ構造になっている。弾性チューブはL字型硬質中空管に接続され、L字型硬質中空管は聴診音伝達部のチューブに接続されている。受音伝達の役目をしているL字型硬質中空管と聴診音伝達部のチューブの一部はバネ式把持器の硬質中空パイプの中を貫通している。また検診者に装着する耳管部にもバネ式把持器を取り付けて、どちらも片手でワンタッチで装着し、できるだけ短時間で両側の顎関節音を同時に聴診できるようにしている。【選択図】図1
