PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drag device of a dual-bearing reel in which a sound-producing member can reliably be held in the drag operation.SOLUTION: A drag device 23 of a dual-bearing reel includes a first drag member 61, a striking pin 70 and a receiving member 35. The first drag member 61 is constituted so as to be integrally rotatable with a drive shaft 30, and to be pushed by the star drag. The first drag member 61 has a sounding part 67a opposed to a drive gear 31. The striking pin 70 has a head capable of coming in abutment with the sounding part 67a, and a shaft connected to the head. The striking pin 70 generates sound by the interference of the sounding part 67a and the head during relative rotation of the drive gear 31 and the first drag member 61. The receiving member 35 is attached to drive gear 31.
