The invention relates to a process for preparing a product with biofertilizing action, to be used in biological agriculture. According to the invention, the process consists in that a vegetal protein extract resulting from a mixture of medicinal and spice plants from Lamiaceae, Apiaceae, Umbelliferae families, marc from wine-making process and leguminous plant seeds in aqueous-alcoholic medium is subjected to enzymatic hydrolysis with usual microbial and vegetal proteases, as such or in admixture, in a protein : enzymatic units ratio of 10...25 g/ml : 3...300 U, for 1...3 days, at a temperature of 20...40°C, while stirring at 10...150 rpm, to result in a biofertilizer having an amino acid content of 1.41...4.82 mg/ml expressed as total amino acids and of 0.5...4.02 mg/ml expressed as L-tyrosine.
