PURPOSE: A folding type stretcher is provided to help a rescuer safely transfer a patient to a rescuing vehicle by rapidly going to a rescue site alone. CONSTITUTION: A folding type stretcher comprises a sheet； a leg(20) which is equipped to enable adjusting the length of both bottom part ends of the sheet by a length adjustment means, respectively； a back-rest(30) connected rotatably in a side where the leg of the sheet is positioned, and maintaining a horizontally spread status by supporting a support equipped between the legs； a foot rest(40) in which is connected to the back-rest and the opposite side sheet in order to maintain the rotation and angle adjustment status by a first angle adjustment means, and a knob is formed in both end parts； and a pair of wheel(50) which is combined to maintain the angle adjustment status to the legs by a second angle adjustment means.본 발명은 들것에 관한 것으로서, 특히 간단한 조작을 통해 백팩 형태에서 들것으로 변형 가능하여 구조자 혼자서도 응급 및 구급환자를 병원 등으로 안전하고 편리하게 이송할 수 있는 접이식 들것을 제공하기 위한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명에서는 시트와, 이 시트의 하부 양측에 길이조절수단에 의해 각각 길이조절 가능하게 구비된 레그와, 시트의 레그가 위치하는 쪽에 회전 가능하게 연결되고 레그들 사이에 구비된 서포트에 받쳐져서 수평으로 펼쳐진 상태를 유지하는 백레스트와, 이 백레스트와 반대쪽 시트에 제1각도조절수단에 의해 회전 및 각도조절 상태를 유지 가능하게 연결되고, 단부 양측에 노브가 형성된 풋레스트 및 레그들에 대하여 제2각도조절수단에 의해 각도조절 상태를 유지 가능하게 결합된 한 쌍의 휠을 포함하는 들것이 개시된다.
