A stretcher for transporting patients is disclosed. The stretcher for transporting patients according to the embodiment comprises: a frame； and a sheet connected to the inside of the frame and capable of laying a person； a support formed at a lower portion of the frame； a support vertically formed at the center of the support and having a length adjusting portion； and a wheel formed at the lower end of the support, wherein the length is adjusted by raising and lowering the wheel by using the length adjusting portion.
