According to the present invention, a stretcher with foldable wheel legs is disclosed, wherein the stretcher can be erected while increasing the length by unfolding the wheel legs. The stretcher with foldable wheel legs comprises: a stretcher body having a pair of horizontal rods and a support part supporting a patient while being supported by the horizontal rods； and a pair of wheel legs installed so as to face each other in the front or rear side of the stretcher body. Each wheel leg is installed to be rotatable to a second state from a first state or to the first state from the second state on the horizontal rods in an area not having the support part. The wheel legs are laid in the first state while being placed within the thickness range of the stretcher body and are erected at an angle equal to or larger than 90 degrees from the stretcher body in the second state.
