An embodiment herein provides a stretcher. The stretcher includes an outer frame, a first slider, and a second slider 108. The first slider is coupled to the outer frame. The first slider is adapted to slide on (i) a right side slot, (ii) an upper right side slot, and (iii) a lower right side slot of the outer frame. The second slider 108 is coupled to the outer frame. The second slider 108 is adapted to slide on (i) a left side slot, (ii) an upper left side slot, and (iii) a lower left side of the outer frame. The first slider and the second slider 108 slides on the outer frame of the stretcher to carry a patient.
