The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a feed ingredient using animal byproducts, and the feed ingredient manufactured thereby. The invention prevents the decomposition of the animal byproducts through sterilization, and increases the quantity of amino acid in the manufactured feed ingredient with the use of fermented liquid for proteolysis and a coagulant.
