A method for producing healthcare food using crickets fed by purslane as a primary material, the method comprising the following steps: (a) treating and washing crickets which are fed by fodders composed of 30-60 parts by weight of purslane with respect to 100 parts by weight of raised chicken feed and chicken-raising feed (b) pulverizing and adding 5-7 g of bay with respect to 1 kg of crickets and immersing the resultant into water for 5-8 hours to mature the resultant (c) putting 4-7 g of angelica gigas, kneeling angelica, peony, foxglove, ginseng, var articleno, and pachyma respectively, 1-2 g of licorice, 15-25 g of milk vetch root, 1-2 g of cinnamon, and 1,500-2,500 cc of water into a caldron and boiling the resultant at 90-100°C for 30-50 minutes and (d) autoclaving at 100-110 °C for 30-50 minutes and cooling at 25-35°C.
