PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which secures visibility by freezing a sealed package by sealing contents into the packaging bag, suppressing the adhesion of frost to an indication of a surface of the printed package in the circulation of the package or its sales process, and is excellent in the discharge performance of a boiling liquid when taking out the package from the boiling liquid after boiling and cooking the package.SOLUTION: A packaging bag 10 comprises: a bag main body constituted of a laminated film 1 forming at least a front face, and a laminated film 2 forming a rear face and an exterior member 3 attached to a surface of the bag main body. At least three sides of the exterior member 3 are attached to the surface of the bag main body, at least one opening part 4 communicating with the outside is formed at a part of the exterior member 3, and the opening part 4 is not shorter than 1.5 mm in the shortest distance from a center point of the opening part up to an outside edge 16.
