According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for capturing animals comprises: a housing unit which is folded and unfolded, and is unfolded to form an accommodating space with both opened longitudinal sections； a pair of door units which is connected to an upper end unit of the housing unit with a hinge, and opens/closes the both longitudinal sections of the accommodating space； a driving unit which is installed in the housing unit, maintains at least one of the both longitudinal sections of the accommodating space as an opened state by being connected to the door unit, and rotates a door unit to close the at least one of the both longitudinal sections of the accommodating space； and a controlling unit which is installed in a lower end unit of the housing unit to be positioned in a lower side of the accommodating space and is rotated to close the accommodating space. In a state of allowing one of the door units to close one longitudinal section of the accommodating space and opening the other longitudinal section of the accommodating space by allowing the driving unit to be connected to another one of the door units, the another one of the door units is rotated to close the other longitudinal section and the controlling unit maintains the other longitudinal section of the accommodating space as a closed state when the driving unit is operated.
