The present invention relates to a lifting device designed for wheelchair users to use a toilet on their own conveniently. More specifically, the present invention may include: a pair of vertical frames which are vertically installed and have an end part which is connected to a hinge axis, whose one end is installed on the ground surface, and is able to rotate forward and backward first driving units which are installed on the sides of the vertical frames, respectively, and supply power to rotate the vertical frames forward and backward horizontal frames which are horizontally installed and have both ends connected to the other ends of the vertical frames, respectively a holding unit which operates horizontally in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal frames in the state of being penetrated into the horizontal frames, and in which the body of a wheelchair user is held a second driving unit which is installed on a side of the holding unit and supplies power to move the holding unit horizontally and a control unit which controls the operation of the first and second driving units for the wheelchair user to move between the wheelchair and a toilet installed in a side of a restroom.
