The present invention relates to a building built-in sterilizing device comprising: an external chamber installed in the ceiling of a space to be sterilized in a building, and compartmenting the ceiling of the space to be sterilized and the space to be sterilized an internal chamber installed in the external chamber to be attached and detached, and having an accommodation space formed therein a sterilizing gas spraying unit installed to be upwardly and downwardly moved in the internal chamber, and spraying a sterilizing gas to the space to be sterilized when being disposed in the space to be sterilized by being downwardly moved and a sealing cover coupled with a lower side of the sterilizing gas spraying unit, and supported on one side of a lower end part of the internal chamber so as to seal the inside of the internal chamber when the sterilizing gas spraying unit is upwardly moved. According to the present invention, sterilizing gas spraying units are respectively installed to be upwardly and downwardly moved in a building corresponding to multiple spaces to be sterilized, and are downwardly moved to directly spray a sterilizing gas to an object to be sterilized, when sterilization is performed. A sterilizing operation for each of spaces to be sterilized can be individually controlled, and a sterilizing gas is directly sprayed to a space to be sterilized, so a sterilizing effect can be remarkably improved.
