To provide a multi-layered cosmetic which is uniformly dispersed upon being shaken, whose interface of each layer is clearly separated upon being stably placed, and which provides an excellent cosmetic appearance and an excellent feeling of use.SOLUTION: There is provided a multi-layered cosmetic, which contains the following components (A) to (E): (A) nonionic surfactant whose state is liquid at 25°C, having HLB 2 to 9； (B) polyhydric alcohol； (C) branched hydrocarbon and/or phenyl modified silicone of liquid at 25°C； (D) dimethylpolysiloxane and/or methyl trimethicone having a kinematic viscosity at 25°C of less than 20 mm/s, (E) ester oil having an IOB value of more than 0 and 0.18 or less. The content weight ratio of total oil relatively to the component (A) (total oil weight/(A)) is 2000 or less.
