PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil gel cosmetic which is an oil gel excellent in storage stability, can obtain a coating feeling having thickness to the skin after application without having sticky feeling while having good spreadability during application and can impart a springy or glossy feeling to the hair or skin.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil gel cosmetic which comprises the following components (a) to (e), where the mass ratio [(a)/(b)] is 50/1 to 500/1, the content of [(a)+(b)] is 60 to 96.9 mass%, the content of component (c) is 0.1 to 2 mass%, the content of component (d) is 2 to 38 mass% and the content of component (e) is 1 to 15 mass%.
