PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure measurement device which can increase gain of a sensor.SOLUTION: A pressure measurement device includes a sensor provided inside a guide wire. The sensor is provided with: a sensor body 12 having a distal end surface 12a facing a distal end side in an axial direction of the guide wire a diaphragm 13 arranged on a distal end surface a bridge circuit arranged on the distal end surface and encircling the diaphragm and four conductive wires 15 connected to the bridge circuit.
