PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel vascular endothelial function improving agent.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a vascular endothelial function improving agent comprising a germinated brown rice or a bran extract of brown rice including an acylated sterol glycoside as an active ingredient, wherein preferably, 2 mass% or more, particularly 2.7 to 4.1 mass% of the acylated sterol glycoside is contained. Preferably, the vascular endothelium function improving agent further contains 1.4 to 2.1 mass% of γ-oryzanol and 18 to 28 mass% of phospholipid expressed as stearo-oleo-lecithin, and, when hydrolyzed, contains 20 to 30 mass% of linoleic acid, 24 to 37 mass% of oleic acid, 11 to 17 mass% of palmitic acid, and 1.7 to 2.6 mass% of plant sterol relative to the mass before hydrolysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】新規な血管内皮機能改善剤の提供。【解決手段】アシル化ステロール配糖体を含む発芽玄米又は玄米の糠抽出物を有効成分とする、血管内皮機能改善剤。該アシル化ステロール配糖体は、2質量%以上、特に、2.7~4.1質量%含有することが好ましい。該血管内皮機能改善剤は、さらに、γ-オリザノールを1.4~2.1質量%、ステアロ・オレオ・レシチン換算で、リン脂質を18~28質量%含有し、加水分解したときに、加水分解前の質量に対して20~30質量%のリノール酸、24~37質量%のオレイン酸、11~17質量%のパルミチン酸、1.7~2.6質量%の植物ステロールを含有するものであることが好ましい。【選択図】図1
