The present invention relates to a physical carpal tunnel syndrome treatment device. More specifically, the physical carpal tunnel syndrome treatment device includes: a body forming the exterior； a hand fixing unit which constrains a wrist to a part of the body； a towing unit which is installed on the part of the body to pull the hand fixing unit； a power supply unit moving the towing unit； a detection unit which measures the strength of the wrist and generates information by enabling the towing unit to pull the hand fixing unit while the wrist is constrained by the hand fixing unit； and a control unit which receives the information generated by the detection unit and controls the operation of the power supply unit based on the received information to control the tension and operation time of the towing unit. The wrist treatment device enables the towing unit to repeatedly pull the wrist while the wrist is constrained by the hand fixing unit to treat the hand.
