PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling a device, which uses grating for high-sensitivity radiation photography making good use of wave motion of X rays etc., to photograph a sample moving relatively to the device.SOLUTION: A pixel value arithmetic part 51 uses a plurality of intensity distribution images of a sample 10 moving in a direction crossing a path of radiation to determine whether a point (p, q) on the sample belongs to a region (Ak) on each intensity distribution image. Further, the pixel value arithmetic part 51 sums up pixel values of the point (p, q), belonging to respective regions (Ak), on the respective intensity distribution images so as to find total pixel values (Jk) of the respective regions (Ak). An image arithmetic part 52 uses the total pixel values (Jk) of the regions (Ak) to generate a necessary radiation image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
