PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a wheelchair comfortably by preventing fingers from being hurt when rotating driving wheels.SOLUTION: A wheelchair is moved when driving wheels 3 provided on both sides are rotated by hands of a user sitting on a seat part 5 of a wheelchair body 10. The driving wheels 3 includes rim parts 32 on whose outer peripheral parts tires 31 are mounted, hub parts 33 connected to the centers of the rim parts 32 through connection members 34 and rotatably connected to the wheelchair body 10, annular hand rims 35 disposed along the rim parts 32 outside the rim parts 32, and connectors 50 for fixing the hand rims 35 to the rim parts 32. The driving wheels 3 are rotated by driving the hand rims 35 by hand.
